I needed a last minute order of flowers to be sent and they came through with no issues. I was a bit disappointed that this same arrangement wasn't able to be sent, but they did immediately reach out by text to inform me that they didn't have purple flowers but would substitue and sent a picture for approval. Service that wasn't expected. I would order from them again.

The flowers were beautiful and the owner was so helpful throughout the preparation! When I was concerned about the flowers lasting the following day (as I did order them early), the owner accommodated and offered to replace any wilting flowers free of charge. This order was placed online from Canada for a friend in the hospital. I was called right away by the shop to let me know that she had called the hospital for a room number and was told flowers are not allowed in the ICU. She called the hospital everyday and as soon as my friend had a room, the flowers were delivered. I was kept in the loop the entire time. Amazing service!!!

When my elderly mother was not able to retrieve her flowers from the front desk of her Miami nursing facility, the owner went there herself to ensure they were delivered. I highly recommend Mille Fleurs for your next floral purchase. I had such a wonderful experience, which included a personal phone call from Gesine to discuss delivery and a picture of the flowers once the arrangement was complete. I chose "Fresh Flourish Bouquet" in a premium size bunch and they were divine!!! Gesine is very friendly and the whole experience was so lovely and made me feel confident about purchasing flowers from another country over the Internet.
